Then, it’s time to create your subsidiary using our off-the-shelf entity, instantly available (or create a new subsidiary made-to-order in ~1 month). Once that’s done, we start searching for your office—deciding between co-managed or traditional office leasing (and signing the respective documents). Later, we source the necessary equipment and recruit local leadership.

First, we recruit your team focused on our niche expertise. Then, it’s time for delivery management, when the Tech Lead defines and implements local practices and KPIs while assuring everything’s aligned. Later, we execute the main HR, onboarding, and payroll tasks—ensuring everything remains compliant while managing assignments related to expense reimbursement, employee benefits, etc. By the end of this phase, we deal with accounting, tax, and legal matters—including VAT and CIT fillings, employment, and tax incentives, amongst other tasks.
